- No cancellations are permitted for those services which have been subscribed during promotional offers or on special occasions/events like Month end offers, Diwali, Christmas, New year etc. Due to occasional offerings for limited period the cancellations are not possible.
- The cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 15 days of subscribing for the service. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the user has utilized the service for conversion of more than 15 files during this period.
- Any interruption in service due to any third party such as website hosting, server, images, content writing etc, Our Company will not be responsible at all.
- If you found any product /services received is not up to the mark or not as shown on our website or as per your expectations, you can notify the same to our customer service within 12 hours of utilizing our service. The customer service team will be responsible to take your consideration into mind and take appropriate action to rectify the error and improve our service.

- Insurance company receiving Patient Invoices from Various
